1. General Terms

• I have the right to decline any commission request if I feel that I cannot complete it properly or if the project does not fit my work.
• Please provide clear references and describe what you need before the work begins.
• Visual references are strongly preferred. Text-only descriptions may require additional discussion.
• Please keep communication polite and clear. Rude, aggressive or manipulative behavior may result in the cancellation of the order.
• By ordering a commission, you confirm that you have permission to use all references, characters, logos or materials you send to me.

2. Payment

• Payment is accepted through my official commission platforms, such as VGen, Fiverr, Ko-fi or other links listed on my official pages.
• Prices may be different depending on the platform because of platform fees, taxes, currency conversion or platform rules.
• Prices on Fiverr may be higher because of Fiverr fees. Please do not use prices from other platforms for Fiverr orders.
• For custom commissions, payment terms may depend on the type and size of the project.
• Large projects may be paid in parts if this is discussed and agreed in advance.
• Work will not continue to the final delivery stage until the required payment is completed.

3. Work Process

For art commissions

1. You send references and describe what you want.
2. I prepare a sketch or rough preview when needed.
3. You can request changes at the sketch stage.
4. After approval, I continue with the final artwork.
5. The final files are delivered after the work is completed and payment requirements are fulfilled.

For Live2D / VTuber model commissions

1. You send character references and describe the model, expressions, toggles and features you need.
2. I create or prepare the model artwork, depending on the commission type.
3. You can request corrections during the art stage before rigging begins.
4. After the artwork is approved, I start rigging the model.
5. I send previews or videos so you can check the animation and request reasonable corrections.
6. After final approval, I deliver the model files.

For animation and stream assets

1. You send references, character files, branding elements and a description of the final use.
2. I create a preview, sketch, layout or animation draft when needed.
3. You can request changes during the preview stage.
4. After approval, I finish the final animation or asset files.

4. Revisions and Changes

• Reasonable corrections are included during the appropriate work stage.
• Major changes after approval may require an additional fee.
• Changes to the character design, outfit, pose, composition or model structure after the final stage has started may cost extra.
• For Live2D models, changes requested after rigging has started may require additional payment if they affect the model structure or rig.
• Small fixes for technical mistakes caused by me are free.

5. Delivery and File Storage

• Final files are delivered digitally.
• Delivery may be made through Google Drive, the commission platform, email or another agreed method.
• Please download and safely store your files after delivery.
• I may keep a delivery folder available for a limited time, but I cannot guarantee permanent file storage.
• If you lose your files later, I will try to help if I still have them, but long-term storage is not guaranteed.

6. Time and Deadlines

• My time zone may be different from yours, so I may not answer immediately.
• Completion time depends on the commission type, queue, complexity, number of revisions and response time.
• If you need the commission by a specific date, please tell me before ordering.
• Rush orders may require an additional fee and are accepted only if I have time.

7. Usage Rights

What you can do

• You may use the commissioned work for personal use.
• You may use your VTuber model, PNGTuber, emotes, stream assets or character art for streaming, videos, social media, Discord, Twitch, YouTube and similar creator platforms.
• You may use the work for monetized content such as streaming, videos, donations, subscriptions and channel branding, unless agreed otherwise.
• You may print the work for personal use, such as posters, stickers, badges, shirts or similar personal items.
• You may crop or resize the final image for icons, thumbnails, banners or profile use.

What you cannot do

• You may not claim that you created the artwork, rigging, animation or files yourself.
• You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload or share the original working files unless this was agreed separately.
• You may not use my work for AI training, datasets, machine learning, automated image generation or similar technologies.
• You may not turn the commission into mass-produced merchandise for sale without a commercial license.
• You may not use the work for NFT, blockchain or similar projects unless this was discussed and agreed separately in writing.

8. Commercial Use

• Streaming, videos, monetized channels, donations, subscriptions and regular content creation are allowed for VTuber / creator commissions unless stated otherwise.
• Commercial use for products, advertisements, game assets, album covers, brand campaigns, paid merchandise or mass production must be discussed before ordering.
• A commercial license may require an additional fee depending on the project.
• If you are not sure whether your use counts as commercial, please ask before ordering.

9. Portfolio and Privacy

• I may post finished commissions in my portfolio, galleries, social media, YouTube videos, commission examples and promotional materials.
• If your commission is for a debut, surprise reveal or private project, please tell me before the work begins.
• I can delay posting the commission until your debut or agreed reveal date.
• If you do not want me to post the commission publicly at all, a privacy fee may apply.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund rules may depend on the platform used for the order.
• If I cancel the commission before completion, you will receive a refund for the unfinished part of the work.
• If the client cancels before work has started, a refund may be possible depending on the platform rules and fees.
• If work has already started, a partial refund may be possible depending on the completed stage.
• No refunds are available after the final digital files have been delivered and approved.
• No refunds are available for instant digital downloads, ready-made assets or ready-made models after purchase, unless required by the platform rules.

11. Ready-Made Models, Assets and Templates

• Ready-made models, assets and templates may have their own product descriptions and licenses.
• Please read the product page before purchasing a digital item.
• Some ready-made models are unlimited sale items, while others are one-of-a-kind adopts that can only be purchased once.
• Templates may have separate personal and commercial license options.
• Do not resell, redistribute, re-upload or share purchased model files, assets or template files unless the product license clearly allows it.
